What you are about to read is very exciting for the Printed Circuit Board industry.. If your PCB shop is currently producing 300 panels per day, we can double that in the same amount of time using half of the amount of physical space for equipment. The DIACPP (Direct Impingement Acid Copper Plating Process) is capable of plating like no other system in the world. We are currently plating standard .062" material with a 10 mil hole in 30 minutes using 20 asf and depositing 1 mil of copper in the hole wall and consequently depositing 30 to 40 % less copper on the surface. We also have the capability of plating at 10:1 aspect ratio in 60 minutes and depositing 1 mil in the hole wall. At 20:1 aspect ratio we can plate in 2 hours and again, deposit 1 mil in the hole wall. The systems designed will pattern plate or panel plate. We have no clients with any Printed Circuit Board manufacturing requirement that we haven't met. In addition, we are not limited by thicker board sizes, as the systems we design can plate .350" material or thicker without creating dog-bone in the hole wall. The DIACPP system is designed to be operated without using compressed air, mechanical agitation, ultrasonics, vibrators, or reverse-pulse rectification. In addition, this new technology will not require a fume scrubber saving you tens of thousands dollars!
